Learn all the basics of Foundation Paper Piecing from Certified Foundation Paper Piecing Instructor Michael Davison. In his stash busting project Cleared For Landing, you’ll explore techniques reaching back from Carol Doak and springing forward to methods developed by Judy Niemeyer and Jacqueline de Jonge. You will decide what works best for you as you create crisp, sharp points and master the accuracy of paper piecing. Plus – Sewing on the Lines is FUN!
Your class includes the pattern and all foundation papers needed to complete the 27″ x 27″ project. You supply the fabric.
SKILL LEVEL: Beginner
SKILL DETAILS: Basic sewing skills and understanding of quilt construction required. No previous paper piecing skills necessary.
REQUIRED PATTERN (included!): “Cleared for Landing” – Instructions & Foundation Papers. Fabric not included.
